Our "Quit and Quit for Good" smoking cessation  program combines counseling, nicotine therapy and other approaches (such as hypnotherapy and meditation), to help you quit for good. Thanks to the hard work of our graduates, our success rate beats the national average.

During our eight-session program you will:

--learn to use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches, gum, etc.)

--discover the reasons why you smoke in the first place, and why it is so difficult to quit.

--learn how relaxation techniques, coping skills and behavioral modification strategies can help.

--share your experience in a group format which is designed to offer you support.
