Our affiliated OB-GYNs offer combined obstetrical and gynecologic care. We also have several physicians who specialize in gynecologic care only.

In all cases, a full range of routine care is available, including procedural and technological interventions such as colposcopy, pelviscopy, and benign gynecologic surgery. 

Reproductive Medicine services are offered at the  Mass General Fertility Center, a collaborative practice combining Massachusetts General Hospital and North Shore Medical Center physicians.

We also provide Maternal-Fetal Medicine services for women who have medical or pregnancy complications and/or who are considered to be high risk pregnancies. Our services include First Look, a screening tool used in the first trimester to identify babies who may be at risk for chromosomal abnormalities.

A key component of our obstetrics program is The Birthplace, a full service maternity center at NSMC Salem Hospital. Prenatal care through delivery, and post-natal assistance for mother and baby, is available..
