The NSMC Cancer Center offers programs to address the needs of our cancer patients, and also coordinates a range of other support groups.

The Breast Cancer support program includes an eight-week psycho-educational support program, Bridges to Wellness, designed specifically for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients, and on-going monthly breast cancer discussion group. Contact Maryanne Macaulay to register: 978. 573.5318

Healing with Hope is a support group for those with active cancer or those who have experienced it in the past. It is designed to complement conventional medical treatment by offering experience and practice with tools that strengthen the natural healing abilities of each person coping with cancer. Healing with Hope combines: gentle yoga, meditation, guided imagery, support and education and creative ways to cope with fear, uncertainty, and stress.
