Refunds

• North Shore Medical Center’s Wellness & Integrative Programs will issue a refund for those who request it, as long as you alert us five days before the class starts.

• If you wish to cancel after the class is underway, the only reason we will honor canceling the class is if there is a medical situation. A doctor’s note must be submitted in order to process the refund. There is a processing fee of $10.00 that will be deducted from the refund.

• Whether you have paid by check, credit card or cash (whether you registered online or not), the form of your refund will be by check. The online registration and payment system cannot issue a credit to your credit card.
